Production Supervisor – 3rd shift
The Production Supervisor ensures the production of company products at the highest quality, meeting company performance standards, customer specifications and delivery requirements, in accordance with the company policies, procedures, and EHS standards.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee manufacturing personnel, production safety, and all aspects of production.
• Successful candidates will be strong oral and written communicators who are mechanically inclined.
• Need experience in managing direct reports as well as working with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Maintain time and attendance for hourly employees.
• Complete performance evaluations.
• Maintain employee training logs.
• Conduct disciplinary actions as needed.
• Visual inspections of production parts.
• Ensure employees have proper training and follow up as needed.
• Develop and promote continuous improvement projects within the shift and assist such efforts throughout the organization.
• Report and follow proper procedures for all plant accidents and ensure all proper documentation is completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications (To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess most of the following):
Qualifications:
• HiIgh School Diploma or GED
• Associate or bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
• 3-5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Physical Qualifications
Physical Qualifications:
• Can work 3rd shift, 10pm – 6am, Sunday – Thursday, and the ability to come in prior to the shift starting and stay after the shift ends for turnover info from/to shift Supervisor.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work other shifts/weekends as necessary.
• Ability to inspect production parts for quality defects.
